How to Make Million-Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Step 1: Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Cook Pasta & Beef
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well. Toss hot noodles with melted butter, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat and drain excess fat.
Step 3: Make the Cheese & Meat Mixtures
Stir the spaghetti sauce into the cooked beef until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
