Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Beef
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Make the Creamy Base
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Stir in the diced jalapeños, half of the cheddar, and half of the mozzarella until well combined.
  5. Combine with Beef
Fold the cooked ground beef into the creamy cheese mixture, then spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top and Bake
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella over the top. Bake 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Garnish and Serve
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
