Homemade Banana Sweet with 4 Ingredients: Easy Recipe

Don’t throw away those overripe bananas! Turn them into a simple homemade treat using just four ingredients. It’s an easy dessert that works perfectly as a snack or a sweet finish to any meal—and it comes together with very little effort.
🍌 4-Ingredient Banana Treat
Makes 8–10 pieces
Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- ½ cup (120 ml) coconut milk or whole milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
Instructions
- Mash the bananas
Peel and mash until mostly smooth, leaving a little texture if you like. - Cook the mixture
In a non-stick pan, combine bananas, sugar, and milk. Stir well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn’t stick.
Continue for 10–15 minutes until thick and pulling away from the sides. - Add butter
Stir in butter or ghee and cook another 2–3 minutes until smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat. - Shape and cool
Lightly grease a plate or tray. Spread the mixture evenly.
Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate to set faster. - Cut and serve
Once firm, cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
