Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (diced) – 2 large
  • Flour tortillas (burrito size) – 4
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – 1/2 cup
  • Creamy garlic sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – 2 tsp
  • Onion powder – 1 tsp
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

1. Season the chicken
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.

Tip:
Pat the chicken dry before seasoning so it cooks properly and develops a nice golden surface.

2. Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Assemble the wraps
Lay the tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce in the center of each. Add the cooked chicken and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

4. Roll the wraps
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.

Tip:
A tight roll helps keep the filling inside while cooking.

5. Toast the wraps
Clean the skillet and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

Tip:
Starting seam-side down helps seal the wrap so it stays closed while toasting.

Serve warm while the cheese is melted and the outside is crisp.
