3-Ingredient Buttery Potato Stacks

These buttery potato stacks are a perfect example—made with just a few ingredients, yet they come out looking and tasting special. 3-Ingredient Buttery Potato Stacks

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Set oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Slice the potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, about ⅛ inch thick.

3. Season
Place the slices in a bowl and toss with melted butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4. Stack
Arrange the slices into muffin tins, stacking them to fill each cup.

5. Bake
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until the tops are golden and the edges are crisp.

6. Serve
Let cool slightly, then remove from the tin and serve warm.
