Directions
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots. Divide them evenly among 4 heavy-duty foil trays or large foil sheets shaped into packets.
- In a bowl, gently combine the ground beef with the onion soup mix. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Place one beef patty on top of each portion of potatoes and carrots.

- Arrange the foil trays or packets inside the slow cooker.
