Ingredients
• 2 lbs kielbasa sausage
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup prepared horseradish
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Slice the Kielbasa
Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces.
3️⃣ Hasselback the Pieces (Optional)
Place each piece between chopsticks or skewers and carefully make thin slices without cutting all the way through. This helps the sauce soak into every bite.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce
Place kielbasa in a baking dish and add brown sugar, ketchup, and horseradish. Stir well until evenly coated.
