My mother-in-law made this last Sunday, and I honestly couldn’t get enough. It’s incredibly creamy, comforting, and hard to believe it only takes 4 simple ingredients to make.

This 4-Ingredient Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole is the ultimate easy comfort food. Tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, fluffy biscuit pieces, and melted mozzarella bake together into one warm, cheesy dish everyone will love. The biscuits turn golden on top while soaking up all the rich flavor underneath — like a cozy mix between chicken pot pie and Alfredo pasta bake.
4-Ingredient Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce (about 15–16 oz)
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Tip: The cheese melts into the sauce as it bakes, adding extra flavor and helping create a delicious cheesy layer on the bottom.
Step 2:
Mix the chicken and Alfredo sauce together, then spread the mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
Step 3:
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and scatter them over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Tip: Smaller biscuit pieces bake more evenly and soak up the creamy sauce perfectly.
Step 4:
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5:
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15–20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
The casserole is ready when the biscuits are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
Serve warm and enjoy!
