Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the puff pastry
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry to smooth out any creases.
3. Make the egg mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the scrambled eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Assemble the pinwheels
- Spread the egg mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, starting from one of the longer sides.
