Ham Bombs

These cheesy ham bombs were basically my older brother’s college survival snack—fast, filling, and seriously comforting. Made with just deli ham, cheddar, and cream cheese, they come together in minutes. Roll them up, pop them in the oven, and bake until the edges turn golden and the cheese is melty and bubbling—perfect for busy days or late-night cravings.

Serve them hot with something fresh like a simple salad, sliced cucumbers, or cherry tomatoes. If you want to mix it up, a side of ranch or spicy mustard makes a great dip. They’re also great for meal prep—make a batch and enjoy easy snacks or quick lunches throughout the week.
