These Oven-Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges are perfectly seasoned, baked until crispy, and finished with a gooey blend of cheddar and mozzarella. They make a delicious side or a satisfying snack.

Oven-Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare Potatoes – Wash and scrub potatoes, then cut each into 8 wedges.

3️⃣ Season Wedges – In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4️⃣ Initial Bake – Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

5️⃣ Add Cheese – Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the wedges.

6️⃣ Final Bake – Return to oven for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7️⃣ Garnish & Serve – Top with fresh thyme leaves and serve hot.
