4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients:
- 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Step 1:
Lightly grease a 2–4 quart slow cooker. Add the cubed cream cheese to the bottom.
Tip: Cutting the cream cheese into smaller pieces helps it melt evenly and prevents uneven texture.
Step 2:
Spoon the strawberry jam, sour cream, and sugar over the cream cheese. Give it a quick stir—it won’t be smooth yet.
Step 3:
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Tip: Stirring regularly helps everything blend smoothly and prevents the mixture from separating.
Step 4:
Once fully heated, stir or whisk until smooth and creamy. Switch the slow cooker to WARM for serving.
You’ll know it’s ready when the dip is glossy, pale pink, and thick like a warm pudding.
