How to Make Pizza Spaghetti Casserole:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned. Season with salt, oregano, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
Step 3: Mix the Pasta Base
In a bowl, whisk together milk, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Toss this mixture with the cooked spaghetti until well coated.
Step 4: Assemble
Spread the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer with cooked meat, pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and any desired toppings. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and add pepperoni slices.
Step 5: Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Serve
Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
