Amish White Cashew Clusters with Cranberries

These sweet clusters combine creamy white chocolate, crunchy cashews, and tart dried cranberries for the perfect bite. They’re especially popular around the holidays since they’re quick to make and look great on any dessert tray.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
Add the white chocolate chips to a heat-safe bowl. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
Stir in the cashews and dried cranberries until everything is evenly coated in the melted chocolate.

Step 4: Form Clusters
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.

Step 5: Let Set
Allow the clusters to harden at room temperature, or refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes to speed things up.

Step 6: Serve or Store
Once set, remove from the pan and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
