Ingredients

🥔 Salad Base
• 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup green martini olives, sliced
• ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled

🥄 Dressing
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ cup olive juice
• 1 tbsp vodka
• 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• 1 tsp celery seed
• Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
Add potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 10–15 minutes. Drain well.

2️⃣ Mix the Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, olive juice, vodka, chives, and celery seed. Season with salt and pepper.

3️⃣ Put It All Together
Add warm potatoes, olives, and blue cheese to the bowl. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve
