Ham and Egg Breakfast Cups
Ingredients:
- 12 slices deli ham (thin, round)
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp nonstick spray or butter (for greasing)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Press one slice of ham into each cup to form a shell.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, cheddar, pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet and pour the mixture into each ham cup, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the centers are set and the tops are lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then gently remove from the pan.
