My neighbor brought this to a potluck once and it disappears fast every single time. I couldn’t believe it only takes 4 ingredients to make something this good!

This Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Amish Chicken and Sweet Corn Casserole is the definition of easy comfort food. With just a few simple ingredients, it creates a rich, hearty dish where the chicken stays tender and juicy as it bakes beneath layers of creamy sauce and sweet corn. The stuffing on top soaks up all the flavor while turning perfectly golden and slightly crisp, giving you the best of both textures in every bite.

Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Amish Chicken and Sweet Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cans (15¼ oz each) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 2 cans (10½ oz each) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix (dry)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the chicken pieces evenly across the bottom in a single layer.

Step 2: Add Corn & Soup
Sprinkle the drained corn evenly over the chicken. Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the top and spread it out to fully cover.

Step 3: Top with Stuffing
Evenly sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the soup layer—do not add any extra liquid.

Step 4: Bake Covered
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes to keep everything moist and tender.

Step 5: Bake Uncovered
Remove the foil and bake for another 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

Step 6: Rest Before Serving
Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving so the sauce thickens and everything sets nicely.

Serve warm for a simple, filling meal the whole family will enjoy.
