These Crispy Cream Cheese Crisps are a simple, flavorful snack that turns a few basic ingredients into crunchy, golden bites. Seasoned cream cheese is baked until crisp around the edges, creating a light, savory treat that’s perfect for snacking, dipping, or serving alongside soups and salads.

With minimal prep and plenty of room for customization, these crisps are an easy way to enjoy a satisfying homemade snack.

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Baking Sheet

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and garlic powder.

If using Parmesan, herbs, or black pepper, stir them in until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

Step 3: Portion the Mixture

Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each portion.

Step 4: Flatten the Crisps

Lightly dampen the back of a spoon or your fingertips with water.

Press each portion into a thin circle, about 2 inches wide.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers appear set.

Step 6: Cool and Crisp

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool on the pan for 5–10 minutes.

As they cool, they will firm up and become crisp.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
